Brandon S. Kinsey

Brandon S. Kinsey joined the firm as an Associate of Byrne, Benesch & Villarreal, P.C. in 2006.

Mr. Kinsey was born in St. Louis Park, Minnesota and raised in Holland Township New Jersey. He attended Brigham Young University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business management in 2002 and a Juris Doctorate degree in 2006.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kinsey worked in a variety of capacities as a law student. He worked at Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP, a law firm in Chicago, Illinois, and Ivie & Young, a law firm in Provo, Utah as a law clerk in the area of insurance defense. Additionally, Mr. Kinsey worked as a law clerk at Dredge & Lallatin, P.C., as a law clerk in the area of workers’ compensation and at CTC Communications, Corp., a telecommunications company in Bedford, New Hampshire, assisting the company with state and federal regulation issues.

Since joining the firm, Mr. Kinsey has focused his practice primarily in the area of general civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Kinsey also practices in the areas of business law, real estate law, creditor’s rights and estate planning.
