John S. Garcia
John S. Garcia is a Shareholder of Byrne & Benesch P.C.
Mr. Garcia was born and raised in Yuma, Arizona. He attended the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, earning a bachelor's degree in agricultural and resource economics in 2000 and a juris doctorate degree in 2003.
Mr. Garcia's experience ranges from incorporations and business and real estate transactions to private offerings of certain exempt securities and complex commercial litigation matters. Although Mr. Garcia primarily focuses his practice on business and real estate matters, he also assists his clients in litigation, appellate, contested trusts and estates, probate and trust administration, creditor's rights and estate planning matters.
In furtherance of the firm's commitment to the Yuma business community, Mr. Garcia has authored several articles in the Yuma Business Direct on topics such as secured transactions, purchasing real estate, contract formation, estate and business planning for sole proprietors, and understanding the stages of a lawsuit. Mr. Garcia is also involved in community efforts to address growth management issues faced by Yuma County.
